Matsuura RA-IIF with travels of 23” x 17” x 16” 15,000 rpm spindle, 30 tool magazine, and pallet changer.
Both are ideal for longer run production jobs.
Fanuc T-10 B with travels of 19” x 15” x 12” 8,000 rpm spindle, 10 tool magazine.
Ideal for secondary operations, light milling and high speed drilling and tapping.

CNC Lathe:

Mori Seiki SL 200 with 2 1/2” bar capacity, 8” chuck, 22” between centers and 4,000 rpm spindle.
Equipped with 5C and 16C collet noses also.

Support Equipment:

Manual mill and lathe, automatic bandsaw. Vibratory deburring equipment.

Measuring Resources:

Mitutoyo LH-600 Automatic Digital Height Gage, 0” to 38” capacity.
Starrett HB-400 16” Optical Comparator with edge finding and surface illumination.
Numerous hand measurement tools, all recently calibrated.
Full set of Tesa digital bore mics ranging from .300 to 4.00 inches.
Full Meyer .001 pin set, and Deltronics pins as needed.

Programming System:

Our programming system is 3-axis Surfcam 2005.
This system allows for a wide variety of file translations including DXF, DWG, IGES, SolidWorks and others.
